Here we go for my first real written entry on this blog.
Just at the right time to let you know about all the exciting news from my first 3 months here in the USA.
I had so many good moments during that blessed time, and I will try to share these good memories with you all.
To keep it short, I arrived in Lincoln Ne. on the 9th of September for one year of US adventures.
I stay at Sara and Eric Parkenings house, a young couple, that was so amazingly friendly to open their home for me, I am so glad to stay at their place it is just perfect.
On my first day here I got invited to go to "Real Time" (my college group here in Lincoln), and so found my Church in the first week of my stay.
I had so many good times with that awesome group, I feel so lucky to be part of it.
I also became a huge Huskers fan, Go Big Red, college football is just fantastic, i like it so much, I actually never missed a game since I am here.
I had a few opportunities to go to different states, the first was Colorado, a beautiful state, I went there with my college group for the best retreat of my life, then the second one was Iowa, I went there with my host family, and at the same time we went to Wisconsin and Illinois, was an beautiful fall trip to the tristate area, loved it.
At work (I am doing an internship in watchmaking) everything is going just fine, I learn a lot, I have many opportunities to see and learn new things, and do work, that I never would have had a chance to do.
I am going through a really blessed time right now and I am so glad that you are all part of it.
